Grace Wee Jingsi, a scion of Singapore's richest banking dynasty, is buying a $29 million mansion amid a lull in the high-end real estate market. The good class bungalow at Ford Avenue, co-owned by Choo Chiau Beng, was acquired by the former Keppel CEO in 2007. Singapore's luxury property market has faced a slowdown due to a money laundering scandal and high interest rates, leading to the lowest transactions in the good class bungalow market since 1996.
