Tan Sri Robert Tan Hua Choon, Spanco Sdn Bhd Executive Director, pleaded not guilty to a charge of cheating over the procurement and management of the Malaysian government's vehicle fleet. If found guilty, Tan could face up to 10 years in prison, caning, and a fine. He was granted a RM2 million bail with conditions, including reporting to the Kuala Lumpur MACC office every two months and not contacting witnesses.
