Chinese property developer Country Garden has suspended trading of its shares on the Hong Kong stock exchange after delaying the publication of its annual financial results. The company, which faces a winding-up petition, said last week it needed more time to gather information as it restructures its loans. Country Garden defaulted on its foreign debt last year and its shares have been suspended from trading in Hong Kong due to the delay in reporting annual results.
