The updated GEC includes 10 members with responsibilities in commercial & legal, mining, risk & safety, operations & projects, marketing & sales, HR & corporate affairs, business building, strategy, and technology. Key changes include CEO Simon Baloyi, CFO Hanré Rossouw, and Brad Griffith's retirement, succeeded by Antje Gerber as Executive Vice President: International Chemicals.
