45-year-old Willie Rhodes Jr. was arrested by Georgia State Patrol for his involvement in a deadly drag racing incident that occurred on Antioch Road in Troup County. The crash resulted in the death of 42-year-old Cory Maddox and 47-year-old Matalito Bass, and injured several other individuals.
