54-year-old Timothy Loomis from Turpin, Oklahoma, was arrested for allegedly sending sexually explicit messages to a minor. The Beaver Police Department contacted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) on February 27, and OSBI agents located and arrested Loomis on March 27, charging him with four counts of solicitation of a minor. Loomis was booked into the Beaver County Jail.
