Tennessee prisoner Carlos Green, 48, indicted in murder of fellow inmate Justin Michael Walters at Nashville's Riverbend Maximum Security Institute. Green, already serving a life sentence, charged with one count of second-degree murder by Davidson County Grand Jury. Investigation by Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) began in April 2022.
