A teacher at All Saints' College Maitland senior campus is facing charges of sexual intercourse with a student after a police investigation. A 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with nine counts of sexual intercourse with a person under care, aged 17 to 18. He has been granted conditional bail and will face Maitland Local Court at the end of the month. The teacher is one of two facing allegations of serious misconduct and was put on administrative leave in March. The second teacher's fate remains undecided.
