19-year-old Liverpool teen detained under Mental Health Act after stabbing incident on Easter Sunday. Emergency services were called to Shadsworth Road, Blackburn, where a man in his 50s was stabbed in the arm. The victim is in a serious but stable condition. Lancashire Constabulary have identified both men in the CCTV appeal and the second suspect is assisting with enquiries.
