Police in Adamawa State arrested kidnapper Roland Raymond while attempting to collect N600,000 ransom. Raymond, 32, a resident of Detti village in Ganye Local Government Area, was apprehended following a complaint by Alhaji Yahya Congo and Abraham Paul, who stated that Raymond called them via phone and demanded the sum of N600,000 or risk being kidnapped. The suspect will be charged to court after completion of investigation.
