18-year-old Khai Walker was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 1 near White Castle, Louisiana. Walker's vehicle collided with a southbound Ford tow truck at 2 a.m. Walker was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. An unrestrained passenger in Walker's vehicle was seriously injured and taken to the hospital. The tow truck driver, properly restrained, sustained minor injuries. Both vehicles' fault is yet to be determined.
