Former Preble County school resource officer, Mason Williams, 26, has been indicted by a Preble County grand jury on two counts of sexual battery and one count of tampering with evidence. Each charge is a third-degree felony. Williams is accused of an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student at National Trail High School. The Preble County Sheriff's Office requested the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for a criminal and internal affairs investigation, which led to his arrest.
