19-year-old Colby James Tackett received a 15-year prison sentence for aggravated DUI resulting in the death of 62-year-old Mothers Against Drunk Driving advocate, Beverly Luckett, in a fatal crash in Rankin County, Mississippi. Tackett, 17 at the time, swerved into oncoming traffic while intoxicated. He had been arrested for underage drinking just two weeks before the incident.
