Yahoo acquires Instagram co-founders' AI news app Artifact; app will no longer operate as a standalone product, but its AI-powered personalization technology will be integrated across Yahoo, including the Yahoo News app. Artifact founders Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger will work with Yahoo in an advisory capacity during this transition. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
