Thailand plans to lift its decade-old ban on foreign surrogacy, potentially allowing same-sex couples post-legalization.

Thailand plans to lift its decade-old ban on foreigners using commercial surrogacy services to boost medical tourism, and may allow same-sex couples to access the services once same-sex marriages are legalized later this year. The revision is set to be submitted to parliament as early as July.
