A small private plane crashed into a walking path near Delaware County Regional Airport in Muncie, Indiana, injuring two pedestrians and the pilot on April 1. The single-engine Piper aircraft, en route to the airport, missed its initial approach and crashed through the tree line along the Cardinal Greenway walking path. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is assisting the Delaware County Sheriff's Department in the ongoing investigation.
