A scientific-practical conference in Baku featured discussions on the "Personality Factor" book by Baku City Executive Authority and the Institute of History after Bakikhanov ANAS. The book provides an objective, scientific view of Azerbaijan's significant events post-Patriotic War, from the perspective of its leader, Ilham Aliyev. Translations into 9 languages, with Spanish and French in progress, are set for publication by year's end.
