Due to a potential severe weather outbreak in Middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky, several schools announced early dismissals or closures on April 2, 2024. This includes Cumberland County schools at 11:15am, Bledsoe, Fentress, and Overton County schools at 11:30am, Putnam and White County schools at 1pm, and Van Buren County schools being closed.
