One person was killed and eight others were injured when an oil tanker overturned and caught fire on the Dhaka-Aricha highway in Savar, Bangladesh, on Tuesday morning. The fire quickly spread, engulfing a private car, a cement-laden truck, a watermelon-carrying truck, and a lorry. Vehicular movement resumed after three hours as the damaged vehicles were removed. The injured are being treated at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.
