Nigerian police have arrested eight suspects linked to the murder of a lecturer from the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID). The suspects were arrested following a report filed by the Chief Security Officer (CSO) of the university, who discovered a body identified as Dr. Abdulkadir Kamal in the office. The police are conducting investigations to unravel those behind the act and have called for calm within and outside the university community.
