24-year-old man from Seabright, N.S., was seriously injured after the truck he was driving crashed into a fishing boat near French Village early Sunday. The pickup truck veered off the road and struck the fishing boat on a property. The driver was the sole occupant; fire services extracted him from the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing, and Peggy's Cove Road has reopened.
