5-year-old Cairo Jordan's mother, Dejaune Anderson, has been arrested and detained in Washington County Jail, facing charges of murder, neglect of a dependent resulting in death, and obstruction of justice. Her son's body was found in a suitcase in Washington County, Indiana in April 2022. Another woman, Dawn Coleman, was convicted in connection to the case and sentenced to 30 years in prison, with five years suspended to probation.
