Mall in San Carlos City was ransacked on Black Saturday, with unidentified suspects stealing 19 mobile phones, 4 laptops, cash, fragrances, and pasalubong items worth close to P450,600. The police believe there could be more than one perpetrator, and investigations showed that the burglars gained access through a destroyed air conditioning vent. The San Carlos City Police Station is conducting further investigations.
