DNA evidence has linked Georgia brothers Jeffrey Briney (59) and David Briney (62) to multiple unsolved rape cases in metro Atlanta during the 1980s, according to DeKalb County District Attorney's announcement. The brothers have been indicted on various charges, including rape, kidnapping, aggravated sodomy, armed robbery, and aggravated assault. Both brothers are currently in jail without bond.
