Residents of Kebbi State, Nigeria, looted government and private warehouses in the capital, Birnbi Kebbi, amid the nation's ongoing cost-of-living crisis. The incidents followed similar attacks in Abuja, Suleja in Niger State, Oyo, and Kwara. The state government had procured and distributed foodstuffs worth over N5 billion, and has since secured its warehouses to prevent further incidents.
