Former Hawk player Tim Coenraad's basketball academy Rebound Academy was found by the Fair Work Commission to have unlawfully dismissed casual employee Grant Cresswell for raising pay concerns. The commission determined that Cresswell's termination came through a series of emails, and the academy's refusal to address Cresswell's pay disputes allowed Cresswell to proceed with an unfair dismissal claim.
