Brockville planning staff recommends council approve two housing developments: a reduced-version affordable housing project at the former Reilly Furs property on John Street and a nine-storey residential/commercial building on the former Woolworth's store site on King Street West. John Street's project size is reduced from 15 to 12 bedrooms. Both proposals faced criticism in recent public meetings.
