26-year-old Singaporean badminton player Loh Kean Yew won the Spain Masters, his first title since the 2021 World Championships, ending an 833-day title drought. Ranked 11th in the world, Loh defeated France's Toma Junior Popov in Madrid with scores of 21-11, 15-21, 22-20. This victory, Loh's third BWF World Tour title, could help improve his world ranking and secure seeding at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
