28-year-old Serhii Bohachuk (24-1, 23 KOs) defeated Brian Mendoza (22-4, 16 KOs) in a twelve-round unanimous decision, capturing the interim WBC Junior middleweight title at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Bohachuk dominated throughout the match, setting a fast pace that Mendoza couldn't match. Despite Mendoza's late-round rally, Bohachuk maintained his lead and won with scores of 118-110, 117-111, and 117-111.
