38-year-old Ram Lagan Gautam, from Balrampur district, allegedly murdered his wife Jyoti (32) and their two children (6 & 3) in their rented home in Lucknow's Bijnor police station area due to suspicion of infidelity and doubts about paternity. Neighbors reported a foul smell, prompting the police to discover the bodies after three days. The police arrested Gautam and sent the bodies for post-mortem examination.
