55-year-old Paul Dixon, originally from Cumbria, has been recognised in the Great British Care Awards 2024. After working on the QE2 Cruise liner and managing hotels for celebrity chef Marco Pierre White, Dixon moved to the care sector six years ago. He has since won several awards, including the Activities Provider of the Year, and secured second place at the Great British Care Awards National Finals.
