25-year-old Juan Sara Cruz struck a Chesterfield fire engine and another vehicle on I-95 in Virginia while under the influence. The fire engine was on scene of another crash with its lights activated. Cruz faces charges of DUI, failing to move over for emergency vehicle, reckless driving, no valid license, and no seatbelt. Both firemen inside the truck were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
