23-year-old driver Chelsea Kim Petrie appeared in court for causing a crash with a Toyota Yaris in Orange while driving a Nissan X-Trail under the influence of an illicit drug.
23-year-old Nissan X-Trail driver, Chelsea Kim Petrie, appeared in court for failing to give way at an intersection, causing a crash with a Toyota Yaris in Orange. Petrie was also charged with driving with an illicit drug in her system. The Yaris rolled off the road after the collision, while both vehicles sustained minor damage. Neither driver required further medical treatment.
