2 toddlers critically injured after being struck by a vehicle near Imperial Landing Lane in Katy, Texas. A woman was crossing the street with the children in a small wagon when a vehicle hit all three. The woman was taken to the hospital with a possible broken bone, while two Lifeflights were requested for the children. The driver remained at the scene. Police continue to investigate the incident.
