2023 Rose of Tralee's grandmother, Eileen Wiley, affectionately known as Eily, passes away on Good Friday.
Sadness on both sides of the Atlantic as Rose of Tralee's grandmother, Eileen Wiley, affectionately known as Eily, passes away on Good Friday. Wiley is the grandmother of reigning Rose of Tralee, Róisín Wiley, who represented New York in the 2023 competition. Eily's passing has led to tributes from the Mayor of the City and County of Limerick, Cllr Gerald Mitchell, and Minister of State Niall Collins.
