Network Ten seeks to reopen Bruce Lehrmann's defamation case with new evidence before judgment.

Network Ten has applied to reopen and introduce fresh evidence in the Bruce Lehrmann defamation case before judgment is due. Lehrmann is suing Network Ten and journalist Lisa Wilkinson over reports about his alleged rape of Brittany Higgins in a Parliament House office in 2019. The fresh evidence application will be heard by Justice Michael Lee, who is set to deliver his judgment in the multi-million dollar case.
