Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani revealed that his administration inherited a $587 million, N85 billion debt burden and 115 contractual liabilities from the previous administration. Despite not borrowing any money in the past nine months, Sani's administration has been affected by the substantial debt, which has impacted the state's federal allocation, leaving only N3 billion for other expenditures, including salaries. Sani remains committed to progress and sustainable development, focusing on key areas such as safety and security, housing, education, healthcare, and support for micro, small, and medium enterprises.
