Ullman posed as a teenager on a teen dating website, persuading girls aged 13-15 to engage in sexually explicit conduct via video chat and messaging from March 2020 to June 2021. The case was investigated by the FBI's Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Rotterdam Police Department.
