33-year-old Ryan Iovino of Charlestown was arrested and charged with DUI and causing serious injury after a car crash in Exeter. The incident occurred at 12:40 a.m. on South County Trail, where Iovino's vehicle allegedly struck a car attempting a left turn onto Pine View Lane. The front seat passenger of the struck vehicle sustained serious injuries and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital.
