22-year-old Monte Henderson, charged with a crash that killed mother and daughter, Laticha Bracero (42) and Alyssa Cordova (21), in downtown St. Louis after a Drake concert, now faces a new misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The St. Louis grand jury has indicted Henderson on the charges, adding the DWI count. He is already facing two counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of armed criminal action.
