An Ohio family mourns the loss of their 4-year-old dog, Roscoe, who escaped from a veterinarian's office and was killed. Roscoe was being tested at Animal Care Center when he slipped his collar and ran away. The owners, Ashlynn and Pam Hagg, received a call from a man who accidentally hit and killed Roscoe. The family believes the incident could have been prevented.
