19-year-old Cole Hemphill and 20-year-old Jeremy Lynn Russ Jr. were arrested in Gwinnett County for vandalizing a construction site, spray-painting swastikas, and causing property damage. The two men were identified after numerous tips from the public. Charges include theft by taking, loitering and prowling, entering auto, possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies, criminal damage to property 2nd degree, and criminal attempt to commit a felony.
