5 federal search warrants were executed in Wheeling, WV & Bellaire, OH, leading to the arrest of Quavonte Pugh, 28, on charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, cocaine, and crack cocaine. Pugh has a prior federal drug distribution conviction. During the searches, controlled substances, firearms, and US currency were recovered. The ongoing investigation is led by the Ohio Valley Drug Task Force.
