Shazam, the popular song recognition app, has updated its Wear OS app, allowing it to work independently of a connected phone. Users can now update Shazam on their Android smartwatches and identify songs directly on their device. The app also has the ability to instantly sync recognized songs across devices and will log songs for identification once the watch is back online if it's offline.
