The Nebraska Humane Society (NHS) has named Pam Wiese as its permanent CEO, following her temporary role since December 2023. Wiese, with 21 years of experience at the shelter, was praised by board chairman Steve Swanstrom for her effective leadership during her interim tenure. Wiese aims to continue NHS' mission of saving lives and enriching the community through services and programs.
