JSW Steel's subsidiary commissions 5 MTPA Hot Strip Mill in Vijayanagar, Karnataka.

JSW Steel's subsidiary, JSW Vijayanagar Metallics, has commissioned its Hot Strip Mill (HSM) in Vijayanagar, Karnataka, with a capacity of 5 MTPA. The HSM facility is equipped with advanced features including digital reheating furnaces, evaporative cooling system, and waste heat recovery system. It is capable of manufacturing plates and coils. The company has made its first dispatch of steel products from the mill.
