Former BJP leader Tejaswini Gowda rejoined the Congress party in New Delhi, citing the BJP's lack of belief in constitutional and democratic values as her reason for leaving. Gowda, a Congress MP from 2004 to 2009, re-joined the party after her resignation as an MLC in Karnataka. She claims her return to the Congress represents a "homecoming" and believes the party will emerge once again and bounce back.
