An electric rickshaw caught fire and was "totally destroyed" near Buckingham Palace in London, with onlookers describing hearing an "explosion". Videos on social media showed firefighters putting out flames while the London Fire Brigade attended the scene. A road closure was put in place, but there were no reported injuries. The cause of the incident is not believed to be suspicious or deliberate.
