Clacton's Burrsville Public Hall badly damaged by fire spreading from shed, cause undetermined.

A Clacton community hall has been left badly damaged after a fire started in the shed or decking area and spread to the main building. Essex County Fire and Rescue Service attended the Burrsville Public Hall in Gorse Lane at 1.12am, and two fire crews worked together to extinguish the flames by 2.30am. The roof, doors, and windows of the hall were damaged, and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.
