24-year-old Portland man, Rocky Allan Rainwater, is charged with selling drugs, including cocaine and psilocybin mushrooms, to adults and minors via Telegram. Arrested on March 22, authorities found a loaded .22 caliber pistol, large drug quantities, and an electronic scale in his vehicle. Rainwater is accused of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute cocaine and possessing a firearm in relation to drug trafficking.
